Perot Systems, Richardson TX

A 58,000 SF Data Center, with 34,000 SF of computer environment, dual electrical services, and electrical and mechanical redundancy.

The building was designed and built as a single story concrete/steel structure to resist severe storms, intrusion and other threats.  The project was realized with a fast-track integrated team approach.  Construction from the ground up took five months.   It was planned to expand internally or externally.

Experian UK, Nottingham, England

New greenfield 83,000 SF data center.  Full redundant support systems,  The building implemented the PTI conceptual  design concept of data center  functional element organization.  PTI provided onsite design, technical and management consulting for the multi-year project.

SBC Warburg, London, England

As part of a restacking and total renovation project of their primary trading facilities in London, SBC Warburg consolidated all their London Trading Operations into one facility. 

PTI provided onsite-consulting services of technical project management and facilities consulting. 

Services included guidance on facility design, support area planning, engineering design, data center design/planning, design of critical support systems and cable and network infrastructure for the 2000 seat trading environment and the distributed computing server and network complexes.
